Alsatian Development is intentionally a one-person practice. When you work with me, you work with ME. Not an account manager, or a junior designer, or a team you'll never meet.
Every deliverable reflects my experience, my standards and my personal accountability. That's not a limitation. That's the point.
About
The Name - Alsatian Development, LLC
Alsatian Development takes it name from Sammi, my four year old German Shepherd Dog. The breed was commonly referred to as the "Alsatian" in the United Kingdom until The Kennel Club officially changed the name to the German Shepherd Dog in 2010.
The qualities the breed is known for - intelligence, loyalty, discipline, and reliability - are the same ones I hold myself to as a Learning & Development professional.
The origami-inspired logo extends this idea. Origami transforms something simple into something precise and purposeful, through deliberate, careful construction. This is the same approach I bring to Learning & Development.
Sammi has no strong opinions about Learning & Development, but she's an excellent co-worker!
About Me
My name is Susan Manos.
I bring over 15 years of Learning & Development and Quality Assurance experience, including working with highly regulated businesses, where clarity, structure and accountability are requirements, NOT aspirations.
I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Some things stay with you: personal accountability, attention to detail, the drive to get things done and the understanding that the quality of your work reflects directly on your integrity.
These values have always been with me and will continue to be, for every new project.
