I worked with a small home health care agency to address two distinct caregiver performance challenges.

Delivery of required reportable medical event training to a geographically distributed workforce without access to a learning management system. Built in Articulate Rise.

Improvement of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) timekeeping practices to reduce documentation errors and strengthen compliance. Built in Canva.
Through analysis of the business need, audience and operating environment, two targeted solutions were developed: a mobile-friendly eLearning experience and a point-of-work performance support tool.
These solutions worked well with the existing constraints, which included a distributed workforce, limited access to technology and the lack of a Learning Management System (LMS).

Case Study: Gilbert's Pharmacy
GROW Coaching
This sample project was my submission for a Tim Slade eLearning Design Challenge in March 2026 using Mindsmith, an AI tool which uses generative AI for the eLearning creation process.

The Challenge was to create a scrollable eLearning course to train Gilbert’s Pharmacy managers on the use of the GROW Coaching model. The challenge content provided the Style Guide for Gilbert’s, the desired performance objectives and Gilbert’s Core Values, as well as several resources on GROW coaching.

I provided the Mindsmith AI Agent with a detailed prompt about the course content, the learning objectives and other pertinent information to guide the storyboard and course generation.
